Before submitting a support request to us, please double check that the app is updated to the latest version.

If you’re on an apple device:
1. Open the App Store
2. Navigate to Updates
3. Search for the Build.Black. App. Apps needing updates are always located at the top.

If you’re on an android device:
1. Open the Google Play store
2. Look for the menu icon, typically located in the top left. It looks like 3 horizontal bars.
3. Click on “My Apps
